"State Farm has not been a good neighbor to me. I now understand the frustration of those thousands of State Farm customers in California that had their claims denied after losing their homes. A few months ago, I had a massive frozen pipe break that had water pouring through ceilings, light fixtures, floors and down the driveway. My State Farm rep had a person fight with my contractors. They had had beef with each other from previous jobs they had worked together on. State Farm decided to teach the contractor a lesson and deny my claim. Who really got taught the lesson though, since I'm stuck owing the contractor $16,000 and State Farm has stopped communicating with all of us? #jakefromstatefarm #insuranceclaims #insuranceagent #fightback"
